On Wednesday, July 5th, Sausalito Mayor Melissa Blaustein took the plunge to help us reach our fundraising goal. With sea lion-like speeds, the experienced open-water swimmer raced across the Bay from Angel Island State Park to the Sausalito waterfront. Her passion for Sausalito, and swimming shone through in this YouTube video posted by KPIX CBS News Bay area:
